The First Americans Museum (FAM) in Oklahoma City is opening a new Family Discovery Center in Fall 2025. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience where you explore a giant, immersive pop-up book filled with beautiful multi-planar artwork depicting the plants, animals, and different biomes found in Oklahoma.
Working closely with the Storyline Studio design team, I designed and produced an interactive scavenger hunt game that visitors use to explore the entire gallery and solve riddles. The game is played on touchscreens that are located throughout the space, or guests can just scan a QR code and play right on their own mobile phone.
Each riddle presents a question in the form of a rhyme, and the answers are in the form of images. The correct answer can only be found by following the clues, and locating the matching image somewhere in the gallery space.
